“I tell you truly, this poor widow put in more than all the rest...” (Luke 21:3)
Cultivating Generosity

As students at Ohio State, there are numerous ways to imitate Jesus throughout the week. One such opportunity is to imitate the widow spoken of in Luke 21, who was praised by Jesus for offering a donation to the Temple not from her surplus wealth, but from her poverty.

Each Sunday, you have the opportunity to do the same.

Weekly Offertory

In Matthew 6:21, Jesus says, “For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be.” More than we need your treasure, God needs and wants your heart. Here at Buckeye Catholic, we want you to become the men and women that God made you to be, with hearts and lives given to the One who paid it all for you. So, consider putting a little bit of treasure where you want your heart to be by giving when the basket is passed around during Mass.
