Jesus Restores Life: A Lenten Retreat for Students
This special student led Lenten retreat for students points us back the source of our entire life as Christians- Jesus Christ. This retreat will be held at the Newman Center in three parts Friday, March 5- Saturday, March 6, drawing us back to Jesus who restores life.

Dates: March 21-25, 2021
Spend time each day praying, reflecting and meeting with a spiritual director on your own schedule. The rhythm of the Busy Person's Retreat is the invitation to: 30 minutes of personal prayer, 30 minutes of communal prayer and 30 minutes in spiritual direction during the four days of the retreat. We will provide daily reflection options and communal prayer options each of the four days of the retreat.
The retreat will begin with a digital gathering of directors and participants on Sunday at 4:30 p.m.
We will conclude the retreat on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. with an online prayer service and opportunity to reflect as a group on the retreat experience

New Beginnings 1.5 Retreat
The New Beginnings 1.5 Retreat is an exciting NEW retreat experience for first year students, created especially this year as we continue to live through campus life during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever, we need the support of community and faith filled friendships. This experience was created to allow space for first year students to come together in fellowship with other first year students for fun, to re-center in faith, and to get more connected to the Catholic community! Whether you attended the New Beginnings Retreat in the Fall of 2020 or not, this retreat is FOR YOU with new, exciting, and relevant content.

Buckeye Awakening #23

Buckeye Awakening is a weekend Catholic retreat designed for college students from The Ohio State University. There are a variety of student-led talks and fun activities designed to "awaken" the Holy Spirit within each of the retreaters. This experience is held at Damascus Catholic Mission Campus in Centerburg, Ohio, and we can't wait for you to be part of it! All college students, regardless of faith tradition, are invited to attend.
Buckeye Awakening #23 has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, date TBD.
This retreat typically starts on Friday at 4:30 p.m. and ends Sunday at 5 p.m. with a celebration of the Mass.

The actual cost of Awakening is over $175/person for lodging, food, transportation, a t-shirt and supplies; Newman Center donors sponsor the remainder of the cost. Note: There is a $25 cancellation fee; no refunds 14 days before the retreat for cancellations.
