Weekly Events

Spaghetti Dinner

Sundays at 7 p.m. in the Social Hall 

For just $3, you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat Spaghetti Dinner with meatballs, salad, and garlic bread! It’s great to come after the 6 p.m. Mass or before the 9 p.m. Mass. It’s a fun way to meet lots of new friends! Also, if you love to cook, we are always looking for new volunteer leaders to help prepare the meal!

Holy Grounds

Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m. in the Main Sanctuary

Praise and Worship Music, Fellowship, and Faith Sharing! Holy Grounds is one of the most popular student events at the Newman Center!

Fourth Day

Every other Wednesday, starting with 5:30 p.m. Daily Mass, followed at 6 p.m. in the International Room

Only for those who have participated in an Awakening Retreat, Fourth Day is a weekly post-retreat faith sharing group.  If you would like to partipate in a Buckeye Awakening Retreat, the Fall Retreat is Nov. 11-13, 2011.

Emmaus Groups

A 6-week bible study that meets in various dorms and apartments all around campus

Emmaus groups are small faith sharing groups of 6-12 students who gather for six weeks each quarter to reflect upon the Scriptures and apply them to their everyday lives.  Learn more about Emmaus Groups!
