Paulist Fathers

Since 1956, the St. Thomas More Newman Center has been placed in the charge of the Paulist Fathers, and their charisms of evangelization, reconciliation, ecumenism and interfaith dialogue greatly influence the focus and mission of the Newman Center itself.  The Paulist Fathers were founded in 1858 by Fr. Isaac Thomas Hecker, Servant of God, who is currently a candidate for sainthood in the Roman Catholic Church.
