Introduction to the Liturgy of the Hours

Have you ever heard of the Liturgy of the Hours? The Liturgy of the Hours (also known as the Divine Office) is the richest single prayer resource of the Christian Church. It provides prayers, psalms and meditation for every hour of every day. It has existed from the earliest times, to fulfill the Lord's command to "pray without ceasing." Come experience this prayer form on Monday, Feb. 6, 6:30-7:30 p.m.  Please RSVP at tiny.cc/NewmanVespersRSVP. For questions, please contact Karen Broering at (614) 291-4674 x108.

Taize Prayer: As I Have Loved You

Come spend an hour in prayer reflecting on God’s love and Jesus’ plea to “love one another as I have loved you.” Taize prayer is a beautiful evening of quiet, meditative, sung prayer. This style comes from a religious community in France dedicated to bringing young adults together from around the world to share the Gospel and worship together. Please join us Wednesday, Feb. 15, 7:30-8:30 p.m. All are welcome!
