Confirmation

The sacrament of confirmation is celebrated every other year, usually soon after Easter. This coming year, Confirmation will be celebrated with the Bishop on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at our 6p.m. Mass

Adult Confirmation Preparation

The process for preparation of adults involves a 10 week program of catechesis focusing on the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and identifying those gifts in day-to-day life. There is also a period following the time of catechesis that those preparing for confirmation focus on involvement in a variety of ministry activities. An evening of reflection on Friday, April 15 will conclude the preparation for the sacrament. This process is required in order to participate in the celebration of confirmation.

Classes will be on Sunday afternoons from 2p.m.-3:30p.m. from January 2 to March 6, 2011.

Registration for the Adult Preparation Program is now available online

A day retreat (Saturday, April 16) will conclude the preparation for the sacrament. This process is required in order to participate in the celebration of confirmation.
